I design and create pieces with weight, texture and presence in Margate, working in recycled metals and stones chosen for their colour, shape and character.
 
I love metal. Weight. Texture. Concrete. Rough next to precious. Raw stones, strong forms, irregular surfaces and the marks left behind by making. Things that perhaps shouldn’t go together, but do.
 
Some pieces are one-offs. Others are designs I return to and remake in different stones and metals. Some pieces are one-offs. Others are designs I return to and remake in different stones and metals. I also create commissions to mark weddings, new beginnings and other moments that matter.
 
I make pieces to be worn and lived in. The good jewels shouldn’t spend their life in a box. Put them on. Dance in them. Wear them again tomorrow. Let them pick up marks and become yours.
